I learned a long time ago that the most elegant strategy will come undone if the team behind it is out of balance, misaligned or uninformed. I learned to see teams as their own unique complex system with growth requirements just like any individual member. Decoding this energy dynamic, moving teams forward in a multifaceted yet cohesive way is something that naturally emerged in my work.  

 

This is where Quantum Intelligent LeadershipTM was born, an expansion of conscious leadership that embraces the quantum nature of organizations, tying that deep understanding to the design and implementation of strategy.

What It Looks Like

​

  • Engagements begin with introductory 1:1s with each member of the team, followed by the PrinciplesUs Assessment as well as my own Q.I. Leadership PGE Inventory.

  • Retreats are designed to be educational, interactive, and highly engaging, providing individuals ample time to learn about themselves and each other as they identify and solve key challenges.

  • Additional individual and team coaching build from this initial work, with structure and focus developed as part of the commitments defined at the retreat.  

  • This work can also be coupled in whole or in part with strategic planning, creating cost efficiencies as well as an overall greater return on the investment.
