Strategy Design and Strategic Planning are two different things - each one is as critical as the other. How strategy is designed, and the approach taken in the planning process dictate whether you engage in static plan building or supercharge a creative, agile, strategic-thinking discipline within your team and across the organization.

Executive Coaching & Team Development

My coaching practice is designed to transform leadership teams from a group of smart capable individuals into a powerful trusting, cohesive, and agile team. This kind of work is critical to successful strategy design and execution - so much so that I incorporate foundational team development in every strategic planning project I take on.

Building Quantum-Intelligent leaders and teams requires an expansion of knowledge and perspective about both people and people systems. Starting with tenets of conscious leadership, we expand perspective by exploring the key principles of quantum and complexity sciences as they apply to the organization. Why? Because modern management theory was based on old physics, theories that static structures and predictable outcomes - thanks to new science, we now know that people systems are anything but - and learning how to to lead them requires new perspective.  

 

Next, I use cutting edge tools backed by the latest in personality science to explore individual and collective people dynamics, finding the unique zone of genius for every person and the team as a whole. I use the PrinciplesUs Assessment and Team Dashboard for this work. There simply is nothing better when it comes to integrated, self-coaching tools designed for use long after the initial work is done - no one trick pony here.​
